onearmdesigns @lyswartz Hi, it is 14 inches from seam to seam across the waist. There is a very mild stretch to the material but the measurement was taken without stretching it at all. Thanks!

onearmdesigns @kybluelove83 Hi...I'm 5'4" and the hem hits right at the floor when barefoot (i'd model them but am pregnant and they won't fit!), I usually wore heels with them and they were perfect then. I'm completely open to you offering an amount minus what it would cost you to return them if they don't fit right return them no questions asked.

onearmdesigns @kybluelove83 LOL I know what you mean, I tend to think my legs are a bit short for my height. To be honest, I think they might be a bit long for you unless you think you're legs may be a bit long for your height. If you're open to tailoring them, I'd certainly take a lesser offer to allow you extra to have that done. Just wanted to be honest though.

onearmdesigns @kybluelove83 I'll be honest, offer anything you think is fair, I had a cat emergency this morning and she's at the vet and she should be just fine but could involve surgery so as long as you're ok with it not shipping until Monday make any offer, you've been very nice and upfront so nothing will offend me today :)
onearmdesigns @kybluelove83 This is gonna sound weird but you know how we do those things when something stressful is happening like "if this happens now everything will be fine"? But if you'll offer $15 less than what you just offered I'll accept. That's the number that came in my mind and would make my cats issue turn out perfect. Weird I know but :)
